Ever Fonseca

Education and Professional Experience

He studied at the National School of Art of Havana.

Member of the Association of Writers and Artists of Cuba and of the International Association of Plastic Artsists.

Personal Exhibitions

In 1963 he began to present solo shows in Cuba, Poland and Mexico.

Awards and Residencies

He has obtained numerous national and international prizes, among them those granted by the National Museum of Fine Arts, the Painting and Sculpture Salon Carlos Enríquez, Havana; the International Prize of Cannes Sur Mer, France; the Prize of the UNESCO Painting Contest granted by the International Association of Plastic Arts for the Latin American region, Paris, France.
He received the Distinction of National Culture.

Collections

His works are in the National Museum of Fine Arts and in museums in Badajoz (Spain), Lithuania, Poland, Germany, Yugoslavia, and in UN Patrimony of Mankind Collection, USA.
