Education and Professional Experience
Studied at the Vocational School of Art (EVA), 1989; the National School of Art (ENA), 1993, and the Higher Institute of Art (ISA),1998. He obtained the resident scholarship Bathyscape, Havana, in 2007, and the resident workshop Muyehlekete-The Thinker, Maputo, Mozambique, in 2008.
Personal Exhibitions
He has made more than 14 solo shows, among them Works on Paper and Canvas, Havana Galerie, Zürich, Switzerland, 2005; Return, Salle Zéro, Alliance Française de Cuba, Havana, 2009.
Collective Exhibitions and Events
His works have participated in over 50 group exhibitions, including Visual Art, 8th International Audiovisual Show The Shortest Month, Palacio de la Isla, Cáceres, Spain, 2009.
Collections
His work is part of the permanent collection of the province of Hainaut, Belgium; Museum of Latin American Art, Los Angeles, U.S.A., and Havana Galerie, Zürich, Switzerland. Also of the private collection of Gerald Mouial, France.
